An Alert! The United States Supreme Court needs to be briefed.

I would like the Department of Homeland Security and The CIA to brief the United States Supreme Court!

Terrorism is a threat to the United States. But The main concern is a biological attack (infectious disease) against the United States. 

Air travel is the perfect host to carry an infectious disease

Members of the Court, our cities and Hospitals are not prepared to handle a major biological attack by a Rogue state. Hospitals, fire departments and police personnel do not have the resources, or equipment  to handle a major out break. (Fiscal Budget problem)

This is the Seal of the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces. Who took an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies Foreign and Domestic. 

Travel Ban Will Hold. The Supreme Court will stay out of politics and respect the Executive Branch Constitutional Authority! Very important for President to maintain his authority to defend us. Remember Texas, one ebola patient created havoc in hospital- infecting other nurses.





This is not about Donald Trump. In an event of National Emergency, such as ebola or other infectious pathogen. President Of the United States has the right to take quick decisive action to divert flights or quarantine foreign passengers.
