THE REST OF $120 BILLION DOLLARS COULD PROVIDE BETTER SECURITY IN THE UNITED STATES- SINCE TERRORISM ARE OPERATING DOMESTICALLY ACROSS THE WORLD.  THE REMAINING MONEY COULD PROVIDE BETTER TERRORISM TASK FORCE IN THE UNITED STATES, UPGRADE CYBER DEFENCE, PROTECT VITAL INFORMATION,  PROTECT INFRASTUCTURE,  PROTECT ENERGY, CREATE BETTER BIOLOGICAL VACCINES, MODERNIZE AIRPORT SECURITY & AIRPORT TOWERS, AND CRUCIAL FEMA FUNDS)
