There is really no strategic value in Los Angeles. I'm already a homeowner in Bakersfield. The city of L.A. is dirty, over crowded, freeways jammed packed, can't find parking, rent is too high, and wages are low. 

I could operate at extraordinary levels from any city in the United States.

I could do Uber in Bakersfield. 99 freeway is being connected to West Side park way freeway. Less traffic jam.


I could do Uber in Bakersfield, work as Auto Technician, Continue my education, walk to gym instead of driving 7 miles to planet fitness. I could buy new parts for 1972 Chevelle from Auto Plus and fix it inside garage.
