Talking points to President Putin:

1. President Assad did not attack the United States, Europe, Israel, or any Sunni Arab States.
2. The United States is so focus on President Assad (did not attack America) that ISIS who is a threat to the entire middle east is only going to benefit from all this chaos.
3. Stability in the middle east requires negotiations between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

 

President Putin Solutions to conflict:

1. Implement a strategic ceasefire between Syrian Government and Syrian rebels to focus on a greater regional threat which is ISIS.
2. The Strategic ceasefire must also help improve the humanitarian crisis in Syria.
3. A long sustaining truce in Syria with a unified economy. POSSIBLY a 1 year rotating foreign minister and trade minister.

Option 5: Do nothing and ISIS which is a Sunni terrorist group is going to create chaos in Sunni Arab States.
